Itineraries

Day 1

Chandigarh – Sarahan

This day after arriving at chandigarh airport meet our representative and drive to hotel. On the first day of Spiti valley trip, we will start from Chandigarh and start
our journey to Narkanda. It will take about 5-6 hours to reach Narkanda. Go to Hotel and check in. After that visit Hatumata Temple situated at HatuPeak. After
that drive to Sarahan via Rampur Satluj River view and Bhimakali Temple in Sarahan. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2

Sarahan to Chitkul

On the second day of Spiti valley trip from Sarahan, we drive through Trandadhankh, Karcham dam and head towards Sangla valley. Being located at center of the Baspa valley, Sangla is the locus of exploration and trekking trails.Bering Nag temple, Kamru village and fort, Sangla Buddhist temple and hike to Sangla Kanda, sangla lake are some of the places that one can explore. we shall go for a sightseeing excursion to the beautiful village of Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border. The drive to Chitkul is extremely scenic amidst snow -clad mountains.
Overnight stay at hotel/homestay in Chitkul.

Day 3

Chitkul – Kalpa

On the Third day of our Spiti valley trip, we shall go for a sightseeing excursion to Kalpa after a quick refueling stop at Sangla,we proceed towards Kalpa. During
winters, the place mostly remains covered with the snow and the inhabitantsmove to lower regions of Himachal. In venong reach Kalpa is a
beautiful and main village of Kinnaur. Across the river faces the majestic
mountains of the KinnerKailash range. These are spectacular sights early in the
morning as the rising sun touches the snowy peaks with crimson and golden
light.,. During winters, the place mostly remains covered with the snow and the
inhabitants move to lower regions of Himachal. You can also visit the Chandika
Devi temple at Kothi Village about 3 KMs from ReckongPeo. A walk or hike to the
Roghi village from Kalpa Visit the suicide point or straight drop point and get clicked from an angle that works Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset on

Day 4

Kalpa – Nako - Dhankar

On the forth day of our Spiti valley trip, we proceed to Nako – the last hamlet of Kinnaur, before we enter the gates of Spiti Valley.After that continue driving on the famous Hindustan – Tibet Highway or the NH22 – This stretch is known as one of “most adventurous roads of the world” by the ‘Lonely Planet’ in a visual spectacle. Don’t let that little piece of information deter you because your local drivers are highly skilled and experienced while driving on these roads. As you begin embracing the jawdropping views, watch the mountains change their colours from the lush greens of the Kinnaur valley to the many hues of brown.We shall take a visit of Nako. Nako lies in Upper Kinnaur on the edge of remote spiti valley and an important centre of Tibetan Buddhism.Nako has seven temples
of different periods distributed all over the village, including a monastic complex on its western edge. Nako is situated right on the Tibetan border over a beautiful lake. Dinner and overnight stay at Nako.

Day 5

Nako –Giu Monastery – Tabo – Dhankar-Kaza

On sixth day we will drive towards Giu monastery through Sumdo, Giu village is famous for its 500-years-old mummy of a Buddhist monk. After that proceed to Tabo.
The second largest village of the Spiti Valley, Tabo is known for its 1020-year-old 'Tabo Monastery'. Walk around this UNESCO world heritage site and gain a deeper insight into Buddhism. Unlike other onasteries in the Spiti Valley, the Tabo monastery is located at the bottom of the valley.
Dhankar, the former capital of the Spiti Valley, offers panoramic views of Spiti Valley. Dhankar stands perched above the confluence of the Spiti and Pin river. Perhaps there must have been a fort here once, but today Dhankar is renowned for its 1200-year old monastery balanced precariously on a rocky precipice.
By evening, drive to Kaza, the commercial capital of the Spiti valley and spend the night in a hotel in Kaza.

Day 6

Kaza – Langza – Hikkim – Komik – Ki Monastery – Kibber – Kaza

On the seventh day of this Spiti Valley tour, we drive to some of the highest
inhabited regions of the world.
The highest village in Asia, Komik, which literally translates to ‘eye of a snow
cock’, is situated at a height of 4513 metefrom your familiar settings to a place of soft brown pastures and snow-white mountain peaks. Some of the common animals of the region are the Tibetan wolf, blue sheep, red fox, hare, snow cock, Himalayan griffin, rock pigeon etc.rs. This farming village has a population
of 84 people, living in utter isolation, cut-off from the rest of the world for most parts of the year. This little hamlet ensures to bring you thousands of miles away
We drive back to Kazain the evening and spend the night in a comfortable and warm Kaza hotel.

Day 7

Kaza – Losar – Kunzum Pass – Chandratal Lake

On the eighth day of this Spiti Valley tour,Morning after breakfast leave for Chandratal Lake by crossing Kunzam Pass(15,100ft) on the way cover lossar valley
and reach Baltal, proceed to Chandratallake. On a way have a magnificent view of CB Ranges Peaks. This Deep Blue Water Has ACircumference Of 2.5 Kms. This Is The Source Of The River Chandra According ToSome Believers, This Is The Spot From Where The God ndra`S Chariot Took TheEldest Pandava Brother Yudhistra To Swarga To Heaven In His Mortal Form. Fullday at Leisure to enjoy the beauty of beautiful lake and natural surrounded Snowpeaks. O/N Camping at Chandratal Lake.

Day 8

Chandratal lake – Batal – Rohtang Pass – Solang Valley – Manali

On ninth day after breakfast, drive Chander Tal to Manali by road and way back via Rohtang Pass. Enjoy the scenic view of snow covered peaks at Rohtang, kothi and Gulaba.

Day 9

Manali to Chandigarh

After breakfast, drive to Our Cab Will Drop you at Chandigarh .
